Cofounder
Seb has spent over a decade sourcing exceptional wines directly from world-class estates. Her background spans vineyard operations, sommelier programs, and global producer relationships. She leads our curation philosophy: quality first, transparent pricing, and unforgettable experiences.
Beginning in boutique restaurants, Seb honed her service craft and palate before training through the Court of Master Sommeliers. She later joined an importer, where she built long-term partnerships across Bordeaux, Burgundy, and the Mosel. With formal studies in oenology, she brings a deep technical perspective to every selection and champions sustainable practices from vineyard to bottle.
